Sustainable & Ethical Fabrics
95% of the Fabrics we import are produced from premium grade sustainable & Eco-friendly fabrics from either Italy or the US. All fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Certified. They have been made from either reclaimed plastic bottles or Nylon waste, saving millions of plastic bottles from being discarded into our oceans & landfills. ECONYL yarn is added to Vita produced from reclaimed Nylon fishing nets & other post-consumer waste.
We dye & print using Huntsman Eco Dyes from the US, OEKO-TEX® & GOTS Certified.
Swim & Activewear Fabric Packs
Each pack has one real fabric swatch of all of the fabrics displayed on our website. We have also included a fabric swatch of a digital & sublimation print for you to compare the difference in fabrics & print quality.
Each Fabric has the colours available in its corresponding laser-copy colour cards, allowing you to select the most suitable Fabric & colours.

Branded Fabric HangTags
Carvico & REPREVE provide free branded Fabric hangtags that we attach to each article made using their fabrics. Carvico purchases recycled yarn made from fishing nets from ECONYL, which requires you to contact them to supply their tags. If you’re using Vita or their Renew range of fabrics &, want to add ECONYL tags, inform us via email. We then contact ECONYL & introduce you, who will contact you to verify your data before providing tags.
FABRIC CERTIFICATIONS
Tax-Free
The Government of Indonesia awarded us a Tax-Free Status on the import fabrics saving us & you 40% on your production costs. We are the only Co. in Bali granted this exemption making our prices the lowest you will find in Bali for a premium quality product. All fabrics are flown in weekly.

Mixing Tones
When requesting panels of different shades, be aware that synthetics do occasionally bleed if left damp for any period of time. Do inform your clients not to leave their swimmers damp & rinse with cool water as soon as possible after use.
All imported fabrics have been wash tested & have passed all fast colour tests.
Our advice is not to mix pastel & dark colours. We assist on request with colours that work well together.

Italian Carvico Vita Nylon– 190 gsm Matte
Vita is the most selected fabric for plain coloured Swimwear, made using ECONYL Yarn which has been salvaged from discarded fishing nets & other post-consumer waste.
Available in plain colours only.
American REPREVE Hawaii Nylon – 210 gsm Matte
Suitable for digital prints.
As we print overseas, allow 3-4 weeks for a strike-off sample as well as production orders.
Amercian REPREVE Tahiti Nylon – 200gsm Matte
Available in plain colours only.
Italian Carvico Vita PL (Poly) – 190gsm Matte
As we can print in Bali on Polyester only (there are no digital synthetic print machines in Bali), an ideal fabric should be in a hurry. Max 3 working days samples or bulk orders.
Available for sublimation prints only.
NOTES
- Carvico offers plain sample meters in 2m sections meaning any colours we don’t hold in stock we import to produce your samples in. REPREVE does not provide this service, so unless we have the colours you desire ins tock, then better to work with one of the Carvico fabrics.
- For your Bulk orders, each piece will come with its Branded fabric Hangtags allowing your customers to know the quality & attributes of the fabrics used.
Selecting from our Stocks
We hold the best-selling colours of the season in stock, occasionally removing some & adding new ones as they are released. Stock levels are maintained at 30,000m in approx. 65 blends. All are freshly imported as we cut production. They are not leftovers.
Grow Organically
If you select from our stocks, we can move faster; meaning should any slot come up in production, your bulk order will be cut & moved directly into sewing. The same also applies to reorders or top-ups.
Sampling – No MOQ.
Production – MOQ 20m per colour, allowing you to add more colours to your PO, & also allows us to manufacture your PO when any slot becomes available.
- 20m produces approx. 70 tops or bottoms or 35 Bikini sets.

Selecting Fabrics to be Imported
All are purchased roll based in 70m lots. Some start-up bands consider this to be too much, so select from our stocks.
More established brands most commonly request we fly them in roll based.
Sampling in plain or print, not held in stock, will be imported in 2m sections + 3-4 weeks.
Production – MOQ 70m per colour & must be used entirely in production + 3-4 weeks to land.
- 70m produces approx. 200 bikini tops or bottoms or 100 Bikini sets.

Selecting Local Bali Swim Materials
Locally available Swimwear fabrics have been copied from the Italian & American recycled fabrics that we import Tax-Free. This is due to the fact that no other producer or retailer in Bali has a Tax-Free facility & so. Therefore, they must pay the hefty 40% costs on landed fabrics making higher grade fabrics so costly they become almost impossible to work with.
We always recommend filling in one of our Dummy Order Forms with your expected bulk order values. We add our prices & any other supplier you care to mention & compare the actual ex-factory prices & invoice values.
Local materials are not certified & do not come with branded fabric hang-tags.
