We require two things.
- Your Logo in VECTOR format in either AI, EPS, SVG file, high resolution 300 Dpi. We then add the correct fabric composition, washing instructions symbols & sizes & send back for your approval. This is then heat pressed into the back of each article. Below you will find a form for you to fill in & send back. Once received, we mock-up your Logo in your selected fabrics & send back for your approval.

- Inform us what fabrics & colours/prints your want each style produced in. As fabrics, colours, & prints are at the core of your Collection, it’s essential to read our fabrics page to select the most suitable ones offering the texture & finish you require.

2 Ways to Sample
- Fastest Way. Select your designs from our Shop. All are ready to go, pre-made in white size Small using recycled Vita from Carvico. Working this way not only saves you on costs but also saves some several weeks in sampling.
- Requesting Custom colours. If you would like your samples produced in other fabrics, colours/prints, then fill in a Sample Request Form & send back via Whatsapp or email. Once clear, in 2-3 days, we will send an invoice to get started.
Ordering Direct to Bulk
Fill in a Bulk Order Form, adding your selected styles, fabrics, colours, sizes & or prints & send back via Whatsapp or email. If all is clear, we will send you an invoice & book you into Production
Note
- Our designs have been patterned & graded to International Body sizes digitally using our computerized 2D Auto Cad software. As long as you work to the same, then there is no need to sample. Once you have checked out sizing, should you consider our’s are too small, for example, then working on the CAD we can very easily grade up or down half or full size, making our size Medium, your size small.

Samples in Custom colours & fabrics – Max 10 designs
Production – 300 units, for example, 150 Bikini sets. You can mix your units across your total PO as long as you place three pieces per size & colour.
We try to be as flexible as possible. If your total units don’t match precisely our minimums, contact us to go over your request & discuss options.
Adding Custom Designs to our Ready to go Collection
If you would like to add some of our designs & want to include some of your own, then this is also possible. You can also mix across collections, like some in Swim & some Activewear.

Timelines
Samples or Production orders made from stock fabrics, 3-5 weeks
Request to Print or import colours, not in our stocks, or any custom branding requires 2-3 weeks more added to your timeline.

Email our communications team with any artwork you require assistance with. As long as what you send us is in a resolution that we can work with, this service is free of charge.
Dispatch & Delivery
We dispatch samples & Production using FedEx & DHL. Both arrive daily to our office, picking up & dropping off packages. Allow 5-10 working days to your door.

QC
Quality Control could be considered the essential part of the manufacturing process. We run three QC sections using bright white lamps with 5 X magnifiers to ensure the final products are perfect. As we sell our goods ex-factory means once dispatched they cant be returned, as it would be impractical & highly costly to do so.
If you would like to see our styles fitted on a perfect size Small Fit Model, we can call assist. For USD 70, you can book a time with her to come to our facility & try on your selected styles via a Video Call.
