Swimwear Bali is the largest Exporter of Sustainable Custom Made Swimwear in Bali produced from Recycled Italian & American fabrics at the lowest price point of any supplier.
We run 150 high-speed German-built machines with all the speciality machines required to produce a grade 1 Export Quality product. Styles such as seamless, reversible & double-sided are made on machines built for just one task. If you want to add cups, wires or any type of boning, we have a speciality section to handle such requests.
We produce for brands such as & to Bydee, VDM, FAE Victoria’s Secret, to mention a few who order at least once a month, if not weekly. Most of our regular clients are seeing a significant increase in online orders since the start of early 2020.
Every order you place will be produced simultaneously in one team, keeping things tight & on target to the point the order is ready for dispatch.
95% of the fabrics incorporated in our production chain are imported from overseas using our Tax-Free exemption, saving 40% on our costs & your invoices, the only one in Bali.
Custom Designs
Approximately 60% of all requested designs are sent as Custom designs, with 40% selected from our Ready-to-go ones. We have a team of 40 trained specialists in our pattern & sampling studio, producing approx. 20 new samples every day for more than 30 years. With our vast amount of knowledge and working on a 2D Auto CAD digital pattern maker, producing custom designs is, in most cases, a breeze. If your handover is clear & the styles relatively straightforward to produce, then sample collections are approved on the first run. We work to International body sizes & highly recommend that you take the time to check our size breaks before commencing on your samples. We can grade up or down half or a full size on request.
Mockup Service
As soon as you have made a payment for samples or any Bulk order, we will mock up your Collection. Please take note that this service is free & we can only offer limited colours or & prints. This is not to be confused with a design service that we do not provide.
This service allows you to see a limited mockup of your styles, colours & prints, more precisely what your designs will look like.

Heat Press & Logos
Swimwear is branded using a heat press with your logo, washing instructions & Sizes pressed into the inside back of each piece. Below we have added a Heat Press form for you to fill in & send back to us. Once received, we handle the layout according to the fabrics you selected & send back to you for your approval.

The accessories we hold in stock are in the link below. Most of these can be Custom branded. Ideally, as soon as you are ready to get cracking on your branding as being high quality & not available in Bali, we have to import in with your custom logos added.
To note, we have added bamboo, metal & plastic rings & V metal shapes to our stocks.
Anything not on our accessory, we will assist in sourcing & import on your behalf.

MOQ – Minimum Order Quantities
MOQ Samples. Up to 12 Designs
Allow 4-6 weeks to produce, depending on the season & how busy we are.
MOQ Production – 300 units, for example, 150 Bikini sets, 3 pieces per size & colour. These can be mixed across your complete order as long as you select three pieces per design, size & colour.
Let’s discuss our minimum order requirements. We try to be as flexible as possible with our MOQ’s, keeping in mind that our prices are all-inclusive to the finished articles, often 40% cheaper than any other swimwear company in Bali.
Mix & Match Across Collections
Some brands we work with mix orders across several collections. As we produce Active & Yoga wear from premium quality imported fabrics and three collections made using natural fabrics, you may find some of our designs a great addition to your collection.

Bulk PO's
Before we start on your Bulk order, we require the approved samples we made, sent back to check against your first cuts in production.
On request, we can pick up using our FedEx account.
At the start of the production chain, we have a team meeting to ensure that anything you requested is in place. Orders are produced in teams, all at the same time. Once complete
Each article is passed through several layers of Q.C. before having their ECONYL CARVICO or REPREVE; branded fabric hangtags attached, ensuring your customer base knows the quality of the fabrics.
Notes
- Planning well in advance of your actual P.O.’s can save weeks in your production time as it allows us to prepare your orders well in advance of your actual P.O.
- O.’s are cut to finish with a tolerance of plus or minus 3% of the units placed. For example, 300 piece order could be we dispatch from 291 to 309
Top Tip – Dummy Orders
It’s a nightmare to run out of stock only to be told it will take two months to fulfil any reorder. Even reorders are often dispatched in 4-6 weeks; it’s best to allow more time. You can do this by filling in one of our Bulk Dummy order forms to understand what you may be ordering. It does not have to be precise, just your expected.

Payments
Bulk production orders are paid via Bank transfer 50% on start & 50% before uplift via courier to any overseas address.

Pattern Making
We make your patterns & grades for any Custom design using our computerized 2D Auto Cad software & printers. Your patterns will be graded to know International body sizes & will be far more accurate & superior to paper patterns. When it comes to our Ready to go Designs, as all patterns & sizes have been carefully calculated, it means that as long as you agree to our Size Guide, there is no need to make samples; you can place bulk orders directly.

Selecting Fabrics
As fabrics, colours, & prints are at the core of your Collection, it’s essential to read our fabrics page to select the most suitable ones offering the texture & finish you require. Your choice of selecting fabrics from our stock or requesting colours to be imported will affect the timelines & the qualities that need to be ordered.

Requesting Prints
We print digitally overseas on REPREVE from the U.S. on a recycled Nylon from REPREVE named Hawaii & Vita PL from Carvico in Italy in Bali via sublimation print.
M.S. Italy supplies the machines we use to print your motifs & will produce a print quality that is close to 95% the same as what you handed over.
Top Tip
If you have a short time frame to produce your collections, we print in Bali on Vita PL, the Poly version of Vita Nylon.

QC
Quality Control could be considered the essential part of the manufacturing process. We run three QC sections using bright white lamps with 5 X magnifiers to ensure the final products are perfect. As we sell our goods ex-factory means once dispatched they cant be returned, as it would be impractical & highly costly to do so.
As we know, coming to Bali right now is an issue. Therefore, should you want your final production checked, then best to employ Independent QC. A team of skilled checkers come to our facility mostly every day, checking goods prior to being packed

Dispatch & Delivery
We dispatch samples & production using FedEx & DHL. They both arrive daily to our office, picking up & dropping off packages. Allow 5-10 working days to your door.
